Why Good Strategic Plans Stall — and What to Do About It

Webinar

Wednesday, Oct. 21 | 2 p.m. ET

About the Webinar

Your strategic plan looks great on paper. The board approved it. Everyone feels good about it.

Then Monday arrives with deadlines, donor calls, grant cycles, and urgent tasks that don't care what your five-year pillars say. By Friday, the work you've done has almost nothing to do with the plan on the shelf.

That's not a discipline problem. It's a missing connection between the strategy and the daily work. The solution is to build that connection from the start: a strategy your team can explain in a few sentences along with a roadmap that turns it into day-to-day work.

In this hour, we'll show you how to do it in two steps: a Future Story that puts your strategy into a clear narrative about where you're going and a Plan-On-A-Page™ that turns it into a one-year roadmap.

  • How to turn your strategy into a Future Story that everyone in your organization can understand and repeat.

  • How to get your whole leadership team on one page, literally: every department's priorities, how they connect, what gets cut to make room, and how progress gets measured, all on a single page.

  • How to show your board tangible results by tying every week's work back to the story you set out to deliver.

We'll also leave plenty of time for our experts to answer your questions.

During this event, you'll learn:
